SENIOR MUSICAL THEATRE

SENIOR MUSICAL THEATRE

Senior Musical Theatre

Year 4 to Year 6 (Ages 8-11)

Friday 5:00-7:00pm

Our Senior Musical Theatre class is an exciting and inclusive programme designed for children aged 9–11 of all abilities who love to sing, dance, and perform. Whether students dream of the stage or simply want to grow in confidence and creativity, this class provides a supportive space to develop strong performance skills while having lots of fun.

Throughout the term, students work on core musical theatre techniques in a positive and encouraging environment. Classes explore acting, singing, movement, and ensemble skills through dynamic workshops and practical exercises, helping students build confidence, teamwork, and stage presence.

Performance is a key part of the class. Students take part in whole school productions, class shows, and skills showcases, giving them regular opportunities to perform and apply what they have learned. The class also participates in summer festivals and external events, allowing students to experience performing in a variety of settings.

Our focus is on nurturing confident, expressive young performers while encouraging creativity, resilience, and a love of musical theatre. Every child is supported to grow at their own pace, both on stage and beyond.
